I'm Luis, a South Pasadena attorney handling Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. I earned my law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, with a certificate in Criminal Litigation, after studying Political Science and Spanish at Loyola Marymount University. I'm a native of the Los Angeles area and I practice in both English and Spanish, so nothing about your case gets lost in translation.

I deliberately keep my practice small and take on only a limited number of cases at a time. My selectivity ensures I give each client a level of personal attention a large firm can't match. When you hire me, you get me: not an intake coordinator, not a group associates, not a case manager standing in for your lawyer. I answer my own calls, review every document myself, and I'm the one who walks into court for your case. The clients I take on get a genuinely personal experience, the opposite of being one more file moving through a corporate firm.

I've been practicing since 2016, roughly a decade now. In that time I've had over a hundred criminal cases dismissed, recovered more than a million dollars in Personal Injury settlements for injured clients, and built a 99% success rate on motions to vacate that clear up old convictions, including the kind that can threaten someone in an immigration case.
