After an accident, the insurance company starts building its case against you immediately. Their goal is to pay you as little as possible, as fast as possible. My job is to make sure that doesn't happen.
Most of my injury work involves auto accidents, but I take on all types of Personal Injury cases, large and small. I personally investigate what happened, gathering evidence, lining up medical documentation, and calculating the full cost of your injury, including the parts insurers like to ignore: future care, lost earning power, and the toll on your daily life.
From there I handle the negotiation and, if the offer isn't fair, the lawsuit. You won't be passed to a case manager. When you call, you'll reach me, and you'll always know exactly where your claim stands.
